“I had an excellent experience with Finetti Plumbing and Backflow. Paul Finetti came out to my home to diagnose an issue where we suddenly had no hot water coming through the faucets. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly got to work inspecting the plumbing and water heater. After a thorough inspection, Paul explained that my water heater was very old and had failed, which is why we weren’t getting hot water. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained everything and the fact that he gave me multiple water heater replacement options instead of just pushing one solution.
